"COVERING FOR THE PRESIDENT"...... I am an American.... fighting for the Filipino, and for "Upholding Rule Of Law" .... It is quite clear that the Aquino Administration is on a cover-up.... to protect the INCOMPETENT Mar Roxas for the 2016 Elections. There is protocol and as in the Typhoon Yolanda.... and the Zamboanga Siege, there is chain of command to adhere to, to which I say that in the 2 other cases, lil Marmar was enjoined in the command that CIC- Head of State President Aquino had pushed through.... meaning to say Mar Roxas was well aware of the situation of the SAF and again, as in Yolanda and Zambo... "DID NOTHING"! There IS such a thing as "ACCOUNTABILITY" and both President Aquiino, and DILG Mar Roxas are well infact held ACCOUNTABLE... unfortunately, the correctiveness here in the Philippines makes it hard to commit themselves to come against this........ as the Palace made the impression that... "they wont allow President Aquino to be held accountable"... sorry palace, you already lost your credibility in this world! and there IS something out of your reach called I.C.C - and both President Aquino AND DILG Mar Roxas SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IN AN INTERNATIONAL COURT OF LAW!
